All ticket purchases for Abrazos Tango Festival are final. Tickets are transferrable to another dancer of the same role. Please contact us in advance if you need to transfer your ticket to another attendee. We do not offer refunds except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers.

Participation in any classes, milongas, performances, or other activities is at your own risk. Abrazos Tango Festival, its organizers, instructors, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event.

By attending, you agree to abide by all safety protocols and guidelines set forth by the organizers, including those related to venue conduct, partner respect, and community well-being.

3. Code of Conduct

Harassment, discrimination, or any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. The organizers reserve the right to remove any individual from the event without a refund if they are found violating these principles.

4. Photography & Videography

By attending the festival, you consent to being photographed or filmed by official event staff for promotional and archival purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in media, please notify us in writing before the event. While we will make every effort to respect your request, we cannot guarantee exclusion from all footage.
